BEGUILE™ — Return, Warranty & Service Policy

1. Global Coverage

BEGUILE products and services are supported globally.

All items are manufactured and distributed under controlled quality standards. Support, return, and replacement services apply worldwide, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Returns are fully covered by BEGUILE (including return shipping)

  • Customers may request a refund under normal use conditions

  • Returns are accepted for:

    • Fragrance products (HERS / HIS)

    • Refill products

    • Membership services (VIP), where applicable

Condition:
Products must not show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or tampering.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligible returns are processed as full refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • No restocking fees apply

BEGUILE operates under a “no-friction return” principle for legitimate requests.

4. Lifetime Warranty (Flacon & Mechanism)

All BEGUILE flacons are covered by a lifetime warranty.

  3. BEGUILE conducts in-house QA validation

  4. Resolution is issued:

  • Immediate replacement (if fault is clear)

  • Return + inspection + replacement

  • Refund (if applicable)

All logistics are handled by BEGUILE.

6. Misuse & Exclusions

This policy applies under normal use conditions.

Warranty and returns may be declined in cases of:

  • Intentional damage

  • Product tampering or modification

  • Misuse of components outside intended function

  • Attempts to manipulate warranty claims
