Dispatch & Handling

When released, fragrance products are classified as Dangerous Goods and are dispatched exclusively via approved transport channels. As a result, delivery timelines may extend beyond standard services.

Following release, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from confirmation for careful preparation, regulated handling, and delivery. This timeframe reflects the additional care and compliance requirements associated with fine fragrance transport.

Each order is prepared by hand and subject to a final in-house quality review prior to dispatch. This process exists to safeguard the integrity of the object and ensure it arrives as intended.

In the rare event of transit damage or handling issues, our team will assist promptly to resolve the matter in line with our standards.
